Terms and Conditions:
· All terms are per week
· Arrival and Departure: The accommodation can be entered from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
· Booking confirmation: A firm booking will be contracted on receipt of confirmation letter and a non refundable deposit which will be receipted. The balance invoice will be forwarded to you together with directions and arrangements for your arrival. Payment is due six weeks before arrival.
· Cancellations: If you are compelled to cancel your holiday, you must notify us by telephone. Then you must confirm in writing and enclose your hire letter. We will endeavour to re-let for you. If we are successful in re-letting you will only forfeit your booking deposit. If we do not re-let you will be held responsible for the full balance.
· Availability: The booking is made on the understanding that the Holiday Home will be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this not be possible through circumstances beyond our control, for example fire, theft or damage, we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative Holiday Home and in which case the booking fee will be returned to your in full, but you will have no claim against us.
· Your Pet :We regret that pets are not allowed.
· While
every care is taken to ensure that the details shown are correct we cannot
accept responsibility for errors contained therein or results thereof.
You are expected
to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for
any damage done or loss sustained during your stay.
